yall we got a roach in the bathroom (mom thinks theyre coming from the pipes) and tell me why when i came home from my driving lesson, i wanted to wash my hands (covid has instilled washing your hands immediately when you come home in me) so i opened the bathroom door, turned on the light, and saw the roach RUNNING from the toilet to back under the washing machine where it hides 😭

i was spooked but then calmed down and found how it moved so funny 😭

wish i was able to take a picture but the two times i saw it i didnt bring my phone with me

i have an odd fascination with bugs. i love to look at them but sudden movement from them makes me scared bc the way they move is always so funny/odd to me

I actually found a weevil in my home once and was shocked how tiny they are. It was still like seeing a celebrity, i was like "OMG is this the bug, the myth, the legend? The snoots and boots insects i`ve been reading about and seeing photos of? In MY house? Visiting ME?" Took some photos and let the lil guy out

Need help with turning this into an actual font. I tried using Caligraph.com but it only works properly with black and white pictures and the water color texture messes up & doesn`t convert well into vector.

So if anyone knows how to make something like that

thing, it would be soooo cool.

I might touch it up in krita, since at the time, i was doing this project as a concept as fast as possible. So i would like to try an draw over it in krita to make the pencil lines more visible, cuz right now it`s just scanned water color drawings and the detail of the little worm faces is hard to see.

school's been kicking my ass lately, and so i return to simple pleasures of tumbrl

also the grip cotl (and by extension helob) has on me is unbelievable, 2 months and still going strong

im very much fighting with my artstyle about the cotl style, and so far i am losing miserably,,, hopefully not for long because these little sillies are too cute

"needs more personal space" fun fact! ever since i was nine, whenever i see a wasp i pick it up and let it crawl around on my hand. i only (reluctantly) let go once i have to go indoors. i have never been stung by one in my life. whenever people are scared of wasps i become genuinely confused
