Hey y'all, I'm watching Invader Zim again cause it's my favorite show and very nostalgic for me, and I love it a whole lot. Anyway, I know it's a show where they didn't put much thought into many of the details, but I'm a person who likes to overthink stupid little details. Now, on to my point, one thing that always stuck out to me for no reason was the sticky note that started it all.
It's clear that someone felt the need to mark some mystery planet just beyond the Irken map, whether or not they meant to mark Earth or some other planet vaguely to that side is debatable, but why mark it at all if there was nothing of interest out that way? You wouldn't. However, you would mark a mystery planet if you thought it was important. Perhaps some foreign intel from another species gave you clues that there was something useful over there, or maybe you were catching odd signals out that way. What's more is with the way Red and Purple talk I don't think that note was left by either of them, if they knew something they wanted to explore was out there they would never have sent Zim of all people, and they talk like they don't think any planet exists beyond their map and are genuinely surprised that Zim found one. If I had to guess, I'd say it was left by a previous tallest who never got around to sending anyone out there and went unnoticed after that until Red and Purple needed a convenient excuse to send Zim as far away as possible. After all, we know Zim caused the death of two tallests in his lifetime alone. It's highly possible they had left unfinished business behind.
Basically, this was a long-winded way of saying that I think the note that marks earth was always interesting.

Maylin and Mu are the offsprings of Viper, a member of the Triple Threat Triad and Sing, a police lieutenant. They were born from Sing and when they were 1 week old, they met their father, he was happy to see them.
Until when they were 6 months old, Sing was forced to give her children away to father so Viper would be second command instead of Thornscar Tai. Fourteen years, they were raised by their father and forgot who their mother is.
After Tokuga overthrown their father,and became the new leader of the Triple Threat Triad and eventually killed their father, they left the gang and start a crime of their own.
Three years later, they met lieutenant Sing, they thought she was going to arrest them they prepare to fight until Mako intervene he explained to the twins that Lieutenant Sing is their mother. Mu refuses to believe that and thinks it's a trick, but Maylin insisted on Mako to explained as Mako explained to them that: they been birth by Sing and she gave them to their when they were 6 months old in order for their father to become second command of the gang instead of their uncle ,Tai.
Mu said that they been loyal to their father and triad when he was still second command and leader ever since Tokuga killed him. They left the triad because they don't follow a murderer of the family. They been own ever since.
To their surprise, Sing cried out "My babies!" and said that she very proud of them being strong, brave and independent and said that father raised well.
Mu was more shocked and confused than his sister, and yelled at his mother for being weak and scared then he stormed off. Leaving Sing heartbroken and guilty.
Until Sing sacrifice herself to save Mako from a man-eating sabertooth moose lion, she and the animal drowned in the river until Mako and the twins pulled her out. On her dying breath, she apologizes to her kids for not being there for them and she gave them away to save them from their uncle. She always loves them and happy for being people she and their father always hope to be.
Then she asked them to forgive her and Maylin replied they forgived her. With that she smiles and slowly dies. In the afterlife, she is reunited with her parents and sister, but most importantly She and Viper were finally together; 17 years ago they made a promise that once on their final days they would be in a place where no one will ever part them again and their wish came true.
Maylin and Mu became allies with Mako, every time they looked at the stars knowing their parents would very proud of them.
Thornscar Tai, husband of Sakura, brother-in-law of Sing, father of Ichiro, uncle of Maylin and Mu.
Tai is a member of the Triple Threat Triad, he works on getting the "protection" tax from stores and making deals with others.
He met Sakura, a resident of Central City Station which is Triple Threat territory. Every day he and Sakura would meet at the cherry tree, they would talk and relax.
Sing, Sakura's older sister did not want her sister to date a gangster, in reality she is actually jealous that her sister is dating someone.
Tai left the Triple Threats and married Sakura, he became the metalbending police academy instructor (which Sing is in to be train as an officer). His arrogance got the best of him, he began training the recruits to advance training but they were not ready except cadet Saikhan who made it through.
Sing disapproves this, but did her best to not go too far until he lead the cadets to stop a turf war between the Red Monsoons and the Triple Threats, Sing quickly report this to Chief Toph Beifong as she and the rest of the officers stop this.
Sing explained everything to the chief about Tai's training, Toph suspended him from the academy despite Tai's anger he complied.
During his suspension, he spent time with his wife and their 1 year old son, Ichiro. His arrogance slowly began to change until Sakura got ran over a Red Monsoon truck and died at the hospital. After the funeral, he blamed Sing for the cause of his wife's death and get revenge by making her suffer just like he did.
He rejoined the Triple Threats, mentoring a young nonbender named Tokuga and defending his son even though he now lives with his aunt.
One day, he was running away from the police until he fell down into a thorny bush, getting scratches and thorns all over him. The officer tried to arrest him, but he used his metalbending to unwrap the cables on him.
When he made it back to the hideout, completely angry and humiliated he nicknamed himself "Thornscar Tai" to remember the humiliation at the thorny bush. Sing seek a vision of him drench in blood and having a sickening smile, she realized that he would become second command of the Triple Threat Triad, and leading the triad and the police in complete danger.
She was forced to give her six month year old children, Maylin and Mu to Viper, who had a secret romance with Sing. Viper had Pepper, a member of the Swamp Mask Triad to look after them, so he would become second command instead of Thornscar Tai. He eventually succeed became Lightning Bolt Zolt's second command instead of Tai.
During Viper's first day as second command, Viper and his members avoided getting arrested but Tai remained. When he spotted Sing, he was furious and accused Sing of planning this so Viper would become second command instead of him, but he was unaware of the new second command and police lieutenant having a secret relationship.
He began fighting against his sister-in-law, using his abusive bending to beat her when he was about to end her life, the police patrol intervened and killed him, ending his vengeful madness for good.

He was the only triplet baby to survive after birth when his triplet sisters died. His mother, Yellowteeth Yên sense him full of anger, grief, and hatred. So his mother named Pòsuì to remember the tragic birth of her children.
Over the years, Yên kept herself as his mother from him and pretended to his foster mother. He was bullied by other kids because who his is and not knowing who is his biological mother, this hurt Pòsuì feeling he doesn't with the others. In his dream, he keeps visiting Long Feng's spirit and training him to be a brutal person.
In his teenage years, he got his revenge on his bullies: he beated with his earth, sand, and metalbending he putted them into the hospital. He runs numbers for his father's gang and becoming a gangster at the age of 18.
In his young adult years, he trains the Terra Triad kid members in combat which involved beating each other with their bending ruthlessly, biting and scratching each other, it was something his father did not appreciate this.
In his 30s he began abusing his father's members, children, elders, and the innocent. When he was 35, he killed his own father and became leader of the Terra Triad.
He had done horrible crimes over the past few years: kidnapping, child and elder abuse, child endangerment, murder, imitation, and blackmail. Pòsuì puts a tattoo symbol of honor in pieces on his forehead(showing that his honor was broken), on his day in Ba Sing Se he murdered a Dai Li agent and took his uniform as a trophy. When he was forty, he forced Yên to kidnapped two police officers and held them hostage. During a turf war with the Triple Threat Triad, he witnessed a strange figure entering their hideout were the hostages are and saw Yên rushing to their hideout as well. After he and his triad won, he entered the hideout, and saw his captives dead and Yên holding one of them in her arms, crying. He decided to use this to his advantage, he called a meeting and explained the death of their captives, then he blamed their death on his mother, Yên. Despite her protests, his followers believed him and a few members were afraid if they agreed Yên's protest.
He expelled Yên from the Terra Triad and letting her leave the hideout. Six months later, he cast out the elder members who were loyal to his father. During the equalist revolution, he and his members escaped and went into hiding, making themselves the only remaining gang to avoid being captured by equalists.
During a war between him and his followers, and the police, he entered the police station and into the medical room where his mother currently works, when he was about strike her she scratched his face with her metal claws and blinding him. He gets arrested, his followers were arrested and some fled.
Four years, during his imprisonment he and Guan staged a coup to take over Republic City. After their plan was foiled by Team Avatar and their allies, Guan was killed by Baatar Jr as revenge for crippling Kuvira's leg permanently from being ran over by a satomobile although that was for his mother, Suyin Beifong that Guan planned to lead her death trap. But Kuvira ended up in the trap instead.
With his wounds very deep, Yên treated his wounds then the former triad nurse explained to him in a hard tone that he was filled pride guided anger, hatred, and fear that he wanted to leader like Biming but killed his own father thinking that his father believes that he's unworthy, and heart was small and cold as stone that he has no room for his father, uncle, his own members, and his mother.
After he heard that he scoffed and told the current police nurse that he has no mother.
Yên corrected him that his mother was always there for him, caring him, accompanying him, rised him and loved him than he realized. Then she revealed to him that she is his real mother.
He laughed and asked why would he believed her, she explained to about the tragic death of his newborn triplet sisters, her spirit of being a mother was broken, and her vision about her son's future. With that she secretly fed him yew berries known as deathberries after eating he began to slowly get affected by the berries and asked what is happening to him.
She answered that she fed him deathberries while watching her son slowly dieing and told him that no one will be harmed by him ever again. At his final breath, he dies and no one will in danger because of him.
Biming, Terra Triad member, crime boss and Yên's husband.
Biming was born in Republic City, his mother was a Kyoshi warrior and his father was unknown because he never came back after his younger brother, Bao was born.
Over the years, he and his brother became members of the Terra Triad, he encountered a young woman being attacked by an escaped zoo platypus bear, he quickly scared it off and help her stand up. The young woman's name is Yên.
Over time, he and Yên fell in love, became Yang's successor as crime boss, and he was excited to hear that Yên is pregnant and he's going to be a father.
After hearing the heartbreaking news of his two children died and only one survived, he agreed to not let his son, Pòsuì know who his mother is because Yên's spirit had broken, much to his dismay. He hoped his wife's spirit will be recovered.
During his time of rising his son, Pòsuì became cold and bitter. No matter how much love and support, the lectures, scolding, and reasoning, his son won't come to his senses.
One night, in his bed he had a vision of what his son will become as crime boss and was like a nightmare: two rivial gangs getting blood at their hands, one terra triad member attacking a police officer without mercy, one member frightening a child, a few of his loyal members were old, dirty, and skinny. He was standing in a river of blood and his son standing there, making a terrifying sinister smile.
Until that day finally came, his son murdered him and took his place.
Kita, wife of Lightning Bolt Zolt and mother of Azula.
She was on the Fire Nation colony in the Earth Kingdom. In her childhood, she is close friends with Zolt and his best friend, Xi-Wang, they like to practice their firebending, hand to hand combat, and play pai sho. She's a skilled knife thrower and a talented tailor. In her teenage years, she grew a crush on Zolt, during their date they talked more about their lives and things they haven't shared.
She confessed her feelings to Zolt and Zolt told her that during their childhood his heart was telling about something he didn't understand what it is, then after his friend told him about her crush on him, he slowly realized that he was meant to confess his feelings to her in return. He ended by telling her he loves her and she told him she loves him too. Then they shared their first kiss.
Yellowteeth Yên, a former nurse of the Terra Triad and current nurse of the Police.
Yên was born in Ba Sing Se, her mother was a sandbenber and her father was a Dai Li agent. She is friends with Yin, Mako and Bolin's paternal grandmother. She's an earthbender, she sandbends which she inherits from her mother and she could metalbend.
She is also Toza's earthbending teacher, when she moved to Republic City she was attacked by a platypus bear that escaped from the zoo. She fought it off trying to scare it away, until it ended up scratching her face and it was too strong for her. She was about face her demise until a Terra Triad member named Biming saved her by scaring the platypus bear off. He asked her to join his triad, his boss was looking for recruits because of a turf war against the Agni Kai triad, she agreed and followed him to the hideout.
During the turf war, she fought off every Agni Kai triad member that came to her, until one agni kai member attempt to attack Biming from behind she thinks fast by shielding herself and Biming with an earth disk but in the process she ended up getting burns on the side of her neck, shoulder, elbow, knee, hands, and legs. She had to be in the hospital for a week, Biming visits everyday in the hospital, after she left the hospital she told she not want to be a gangster anymore and become their nurse instead.
Over the years, she tended the wonuds of her peers from fights and sore bodies. Her husband, Biming became the new leader of the Terra Triad. She was pregnant with triplets two girls and one boy, the name for her two daughter are Ming and Ling, and for her son's name, Chin.
Unfortunately, when she gave birth, her two daughters died after being born and her son was the only survivor. She senses her newborn son's anger, grief, and hatred to her surprise no one was ever born with a behavior that is violent. She changed his name into Pòsuì : Broken to remember the tragic birth of her children. She hides the truth from being Pòsuì's mother because she felt so broken that she is not worthy of being a mother, she pretends to be his foster mother.
Over the years, her son turned into a violent gangster, he abuses his peers, the children, and elders. She had to stopped with from doing harm and attempt to reason him, but he ignores her and stating she's just a nurse. She decided to tell the truth to Pòsuì that she is his real mother, but before she had the chance she witnessed in horror her son had killed her husband, Biming, his own father. He took over the Terra Triad as the new leader, her worst nightmares became true and feared the triad is not only in danger, but Republic city as well.
During her son's leadership, she is forced to kidnapped two metalbending officers and held them hostage. One night during a turf war against the Triple Threats, she used her earthbending for protection, she spotted a mysterious figure wearing an unusual uniform, a mask, and green googles entering their hideout, she realized it's heading towards the hostages. She ran as fast as she could she, when she entered the room they were being held, she was too late her captives were bleeding a lot and the intruder was gone.
She noticed the officer is still breathing, she held him in her arms and comforted him. He told to mob nurse he is not lasting long enough, she protested and explained to him about her tragic past about her son and the danger of Republic City's having. He told her that it was wrong to join the triad, but her love and compassion is always there for her husband, peers, and the innocent, it was the right thing to do with his breath he tells her to leave.
Then he dies in her arms, she was fully devastated that she couldn't save her captives. When Pòsuì entered the room he asked her what happened, she explained that an intruder had murdered them, but he refused and told her come back at their other hideout, she obeyed and followed him. She looked back at the corpses, knowing the other officers would be devastated as she is to see their fellow officers dead.
After they arrived to the hideout, he explained to his members about death of their captives and he blamed Yên for their murder, despite her protests. He told her that she is fired and expelled from the triad, she remembered the dying officer telling her to leave, she accepted Pòsuì's decision and leaves the hideout.
Three years she spent her in the alley, scraping for food. When she came to the park towards the river in attempt to drink until a rookie police named Mako stopped her and told her she is drinking park property. She tackled him, and said to him "puny rookie cop easy prey for Yellowteeth Yên" and smiled showing her yellow teeth, Mako pushed her off the two began to duel.
Then Yellowteeth Yên ended the fight by telling Mako that has enough, her stomach growled. The young man heard it and give her noodles in a to-go box handed her chopsticks, she was surprised that the rookie officer is showing her kindness. After she was done, Mako arrested her for assaulting an officer then he escorted her to the police station while in there.
Chief Lin Beifong recognized her from the criminal records and tooked her to the interrogation. Yellowteeth Yên explained the police chief about everything except for the part of Pòsuì being her son. Chief Beifong left Mako to guard the former Terra Triad nurse, the two formed a bond Mako saw that he and her have in common: they lost their family members, and have only one left, they used to be members of the triads, and then they left the triad for a different life.
When they heard the news about two detectives, Lu and Gang were kidnapped by Pòsuì and the Terra Triad. Mako had to do something he took Korra and have Yellowteeth Yên to lead them to the hideout. Yên had a plan she told the two that Mako and Korra will create a diversion, while she rescues Lu and Gang. Korra was unsure to trust her, the old woman told the avatar that she had failed to save two captive officers and she is not going to fail again. Korra agrees to trust her, they went on with the plan, and they arrived at the police station, they told Lin what happened. After they saved Lu and Gang, Yên earns police force's trust and became their nurse.
