for them. for your siblings. for yourself. we have to fight. I believe in you, we're all in this together.
I don’t know how much longer I’ve got
Life has fucked us over a lot
It may be a minute, it may be a millennium
All we’ve got left is alcohol and bottles of valium
And the feeling we’re wasting away
Nothing left to do but decay
We’ve got something to do, something to say
Everything to lose, no reason to stay
We may speak like we know a lot
But in the end we know our wit’s all we’ve got
We fight for our future, with all that we’ve got
We fight our future, because like it or not
We haven’t got much time and we haven’t got much money
We haven’t got much food and we don’t think that’s funny
We laugh away our lives to hide the pain
We live and we die, afraid to fade
Away into the nothingness or the afterlife
We use what we have left as a way to fight
We may get some shit wrong, it’s inevitable
Since birth we’ve been told we’re inimitable
But the world we live in tells us otherwise
Rich waging war while we slowly die
Dying takes forever for those afraid to die
I don’t care enough anymore to continue to lie
Pretend I have plans for a future so bright
When all that’s ahead is fire and knives
Gunpowder, teargas and broken minds
As we watch on the news as people like us die
When people who raised us tell us not to fight
To give up is a quiet death;
To fight for our future
When it’s a hopeless mess
They say I’m a pessimist but maybe I see
Something more than apathy
I look at people my age and see something inside
Something worth living for, for something to die
Fight for that future ‘til my final breath
Because I’ll be damned if I have a quiet death.
I think this is important for me to say, especially as someone who is far below the poverty line and disabled myself.
Now is the time to get fat, especially for people who are going to be put at risk by tariffs and restrictions on food stamps.
Now is the time to learn how to forage and how to use herbs to prevent and treat simple ailments.
Now is the time to learn first aid, how to stitch wounds, how to prevent a bullet wound from killing someone.
Now is the time to make plans to help disabled folks who can't run or defend themselves.
Now is the time to build muscle if you are physically able.
Now is the time to learn how to mend or create clothing.
Now is the time to try and transfer to physical media, and to transfer important information into something physical.
Now is the time to learn media literacy and how to decipher fake news.
Now is the time to understand that being a doomer will help no one, especially not yourself.
Things are going to shit. Prepare yourself as well as you are able. Don't spend your time worrying about impending doom, that won't help you. But what will help you is being prepared for things to go wrong. Start being more loving to the people who deserve it. Start taking care of yourself so that if at some point you can't, you'll have more time to change that fact. Start being hopeful. Start being angry if you aren't already. Start forgiving yourself, because you are your biggest ally. Start learning. About yourself. About how to support yourself. About the world. I love you, and we will all get through this via the aid of ourselves and others.
I am going to burn the state of Oklahoma to the goddamn ground
I'm joining in on the trend of making polls to capture your attention with the hope that you'll keep reading to hear about Mounir Raed Alanqar from Gaza (number 8 on the vetted gfms spreadsheet) who messaged me earlier today.
this is what they sent
they are only 19 and fundraising for themselves and their younger sister Sham, who is 4 years old and developing a skin condition.
Please donate to their GFM or at least share their account and their story like I am doing. at time of posting they gave raised €1786 / €35000 and the last donation was 7 hours ago!!!
thank you so much for donating/sharing this post and the posts on their blog, every little counts. we will see a free palestine and we will see it in all of our lifetimes, Sham and Mounir Raed included if you help them out🫶

So true. Part of my reasoning for becoming a doctor is to fight the problems in the Healthcare industry and to improve the quality of Healthcare in rural areas. I would like to add that these things should be free and of a high standard everywhere.
Tampons and pads should be free. Condoms should be free. Birth control should be free. Pregnancy tests should be free. Abortions should be free. HIV/STI testing should always be free. HIV/STI medication and treatments should be free. Honestly, all medication and surgery should be free. Internet should be free. Water should be free. Food should be free. Shelter should be free. Education should be free. And if you disagree or think this is too radical, then you and I can't be friends and I hope you die.
Hey.
Hey, look me in the eyes.
*grabs you by the collar like I’m gonna give you a 1930’s mob style shakedown*
I get that you hunger for content. I get that it was a fun/interesting/horrifying time that brought you entertainment.
The fun times of Pre-Ban TikTok are gone.
TikTok is already trying to glaze him as “the savior of the app”, meaning he more than likely has them in his pocket now.
This means:
• A constant stream of propaganda.
• An erasure of pro-queer/POC/marginalized content.
• A monitoring of your content for collection by the fascist pigs in the government.
• Censoring of ANY form of Mutual Aid and praxis that isn’t sucking off the New Regime.
And many more consequences.
So please, DO NOT USE TIKTOK.
I think my autism may be part of the reason I’m an anarchist. So much of our lives today are just societal constructs and I don’t like or believe in them cause I genuinely don’t understand the need. For example, money. Why does it have the value it does? Why do certain metals have the value they do? Why is the exchange rate like that? If inflation is as bad as it is why don’t we just stop it and keep prices the same? That last question is usually met with responses about supply and demand. Bitch I know all about supply and demand. But we literally made up the system we can change it if we want or need to. Supply and demand doesn’t mean shit when it’s literally made up. It’s not some natural law or something. We made it up
If we divided the wealth of this one man and distributed it equally to all Americans, that would be $300 each; enough for every man woman and child to have their own Nintendo switch.
- if you can, stay away from corporate pride collaborations, unless they directly donate or support queer organizations!! (Ie trevorproject, transhealth, etc.)
- If you attend protests or marches, and are worried about self defense, do not bring pepper spray, bring a bright flashlight!! Don’t bring anything that can be turned into a weapon against you.
- Pride is, and always has been a month of rebellion, protest, and queer rage, and it’s important to remember the roots of pride, including the more hard to face parts, not just the celebration. we carry the message of our mothers, our fathers, our parents, and all those who have supported us in the past.
- Support queer owned businesses especially!!! (Don’t think this one needs explanation, this isn’t also pride specific, but especially during june :])
- if you live in a place in which it isn’t as safe to be queer, stay safe. it’s always important to prioritize your safety and the safety of others, and i can assure you, even if it’s not tomorrow, things will get better.
- We have a lot of eyes on us during pride, especially in protests, so take this opportunity to share other messages. it isn’t solely a month of just queer protest, but uplifting the voices of those less heard. If you feel the need to, with your pride pin, wear a palestinian or ukrainian as well!!
As always, stay safe, stay healthy, and make this world just a little bit gayer my friend :D
Review: Anarchism: Arguments for and Against (by Albert Meltzer)
Very tiny book, less than 100 pages. But quite easy to understand for someone who reads stuff in english besides social media content. I did not know some words and there are definitely some things I need to do research on because I did not complitely understood how smth is ment. But it’s a book full of short answers, which in itself is a great concept. If someone needs/wants to dive deeper they can, but if they don’t want/cannot afford it atm they will have some closer to reality picture of anarchism and how a lot of things that are called anarchism actually are none. I am planing to read some things by Black authors on topic of abolition, but this was definitely helpful to find some ground from which I can move forward.
The book is older and it has no mention of genderqueer people (though it has mention of what’s usually called sexual minorities). I did not see anything about Disability as well.
This is the pile of things I am planing to read while working through “Who’s Afraid Of Gender” (Judith Butler) for my thesis.
P.s. I already read Plato’a “Symposion” and wrote a paper in the uni about it, but I liked it so much I wanted to read something about Symposion since I have nobody to talk to about it.
y'all ever thought abt how progressive far left shit tries to seem... but it's the opposite? like, you ever been watching some far left leaning show or reading from some far left leaning blog or smth and heard/seen some shit like "obviously, that's racist" "anyone can see that it's wrong to (x)" "come on, (x) is just blatant bigotry"??? the "reverse racism" bullshit? the fat acceptance movement telling morbidly obese ppl to keep on living the way they do (which, btw, is fucking deadly)? the fucking "all men are stupid" attitude? and oh my god the blackwashing. the fucking blackwashing. is whitewashing is bad (which it DEFINITELY is), then why isn't blackwashing?
n if you don't agree right off the bat on everything, you get the stamp of "bigot". that scares me man. a mentality says that if you don't agree you're bad. and none of these ppl are morally superior or "progressive", not a damn one. they just follow the leader. "k whatever you say" like fucking sheep. i'll tell you what, all these progressive liberals n 3rd wave feminists, near none of em would have stood up for gays 100 years ago, or for slaves 200 years ago. because it wasn't "popular". it wasn't a hip thing to do, wasn't common sense how it is now. like get off ur damn high horse
Okay, time for some house cleaning. If you disagree with any of these then get off my blog

Leftists who are committed to the idea that the PRC can meaningfully be called a socialist nation are the intellectual equivalent of someone who has been forced to take a poison pill their entire life and finally decided to solve the problem by switching the pharmacy they get the pill from.
I love how liberal criticisms of Marxism always boil down to a game of peekaboo where capital moves the worst forms of exploitation to different nonwhite countries and liberals can’t see it anymore and assume it disappeared. It’s falling for the most basic illusions that run throughout Marx’s entire body of work
“Nooooo the slavery in chocolate supply chains is just an exception to our totally fair and consensually free exchange of goods”
“Nooooo China is an evil socialist nation wdym our global capitalist economy depends on the exploitation of 300 million intraregional Chinese migrant workers who are barred from forming independent labor unions and arrested for demanding better living conditions”
“International trade is about nations exchanging goods based on comparative advantage. No I will not look into how that means one company shipping its products around the globe and different stages of the production process to countries where workers are more easily controlled and violently suppressed. It’s actually good because it means I can buy a temu haul every week”
If your conception of socialism stopped developing in the first half of the 20th century I don’t think you’re serious about actual political transformation.
Idk of a single left-wing thinker who hasn’t explicitly talked about the need to develop theories and adapt them to on the ground conditions, and if you are somehow convinced your blorbo who died before decolonization, the rise of neoliberalism, and all the radical transformations since 1955 found the perfect pathway to socialism that will never need to be critiqued or altered you don’t have a political project you have a religion.
Clinging to century old ideological debates and grudges and not incorporating the valid critiques of different traditions is like running into a brick wall head first over and over again and convincing an every shrinking number of your friends that eventually it’ll make a door appear
Could you recommend kid friendly critical/independent thinking/youth liberation/etc material and so on that we can get print outs of?
"like to do whatever, reblog to explode someone bad" yes absolutely we should do that but you know what else we should do
go to this website
find one in your area or search "little library [your city]"
go to goodwill every once in a while and buy whatever you can afford worth of kids books and go stuff every single one of these things full of them.
have a printer? print out kid friendly critical thinking and environmental pamphlets and other appropriate educational materials and shove them in there. who knows what you're indirectly teaching someone that could change their life?
being a radical is doing things that challenge the norms, standards and institutions that are currently established. whatever we do on tumblr matters, it's a form of praxis, but if you wanna get real wild with it, go out into the world and start forcing it to be the way that you want to see it rather than waiting for everyone's cooperation.
[PT: Linguistic Anarchy /end PT]
Linguistic Anarchy is a subset of descriptivism (the idea that following linguistic rules is not always strictly necessary, read more about it on the wikipedia page) that emphasizes the bending or ignoring of linguistic rules to create more inclusive and accommodating language for queer people (especially neopronoun users) and preserving and recording language in an effort to oppose colonization.
[ID: A flag with three equal horizontal stripes. In descending order, the stripes are faded orange, faded yellow, and faded blue. The lower half of the flag is covered by a black triangle. In the center of the flag, there is a black circle with a white outline. In the middle of the symbol is a birdlike creature. End ID.]
The illustration in the center is a wug, which you can read about here.
Linguistic anarchy supports:
neopronouns, nounself pronouns, and emojipronouns
decolonization
degendering of language as needed
typing quirks with translation provided for accessibility
being accommodating and patient with people of neurodivergencies that make spelling and/or language difficult (i.e. dyslexia)
being accommodating and patient of those with OCD or similar who may feel the need to correct grammar or spelling
reclaiming slurs
normalization of Ebonics and similar
learning languages for communication or educational purposes (cultural appreciation)
Linguistic anarchy does NOT support:
spreading misinformation or disinformation about preexisting linguistic rules or concepts (i.e. folk etymologies)
getting rid of languages
misusing slurs or other offensive, marginalizing, and/or culturally appropriative language
prescriptivism
capitalism and associated concepts
bigotry
