Things that have been bothering me #327: how do solarpunk and lunar punk societies deal with their dead? Are the people of floating cities set adrift in the ocean? Cremation takes a lot of energy and embalming can damage the environment, and eventually we run out of space to bury people. On top of that, would they even want people being buried, away from the sun and the moon?? Or would something like sky burial or the towers of silence be more practical to them? Who tends to their dead, and what stigma does that have? What does a solar or lunar punk funeral look like? What are their mourning traditions? Are they afraid of death? THESE ARE THINGS I NEED TO KNOW
Reblog if you do too. Just to prove that it is more normal than what people actually think.
sorry for all who were excited by his look, the art and music, promise for a revolution based character, and what looked like a nice friendship. Esspecially those who already made art, cosplayed, and got excited for him.
Guy is an abusive controller using revolution as an excuse to bully his ‘destined morail’ Xefros.
We open to Xefros stumbling through code words and extremely anxious and apologetic about 'failing’ dammek and trying to do whatever not to step on his toes. He also has an extremely negative view of himself and his place
You think that might be that he is a burgandy and that we are truly getting a hammering of hemospectrum, Xefros has indeed swallowed alot of the probaganda and is preparing for his job to serve people once off planet. Which,,, we know is odd given his morail is a revolutionary and they do act and talk of it. Until we see:
Dammek uses Xefros’ inferiority complex to have a servant around for him, an eager to please companion that boasts Dammek’s ideas. Xefros’ doesnt have his own true hobbies, he does what Dammek wants. Dammek even uses ideals to let himself in and steal from Xefros, items that are probably expensive in themselves for lowblooded people.
Joey got it best in that Dammek is a bully who is crushing Xefros to get ahead- Xefros will learn to think and speak for himself and Dammek hopefully when we have to play as him in Hauntswitch, will get his ego knocked down and talked about.

This poetic prayer was inspired by the last ask I received. To be used in the event of the death of any loved one; The way I have written and intended for it to be used is so that the reciter can choose whether to recite it in full, partially, or even with just one of the stanzas - depending on specific circumstances and whatever feels most appropriate
