Just saw the Be Alone video! Lots of mysterious happenings but I'll resist pelting you with lore questions.

I'm curious regarding the rap verses and the chorus. The verses are full of a lot of anger and a call to action, while the chorus is more a reaction of feeling overwhelmed and scared, with a vibe more like denial: "I don't want to be here. I don't want to see this." Am I misreading that?

That’s totally the right read! It’s in many ways an attempt to encapsulate the feeling of overwhelming dread and enormity of horror as well as the desire for escape from fear and isolation that is affecting so many of us right now (and was similarly present when we wrote it a few years ago).

-Axe: The least original one Ik this concept have been used by a lot of others but I still liked the idea of his skull face being his actual face Also I hc him being lil fanboy over vikings, I mean JUST LOOK AT HIM AND TELL ME THIS DUDE DIDN'T BASE HIS WHOLE LOOK ON THEM -Ahem, Mace: I tried to think of something based on his mask shape and it just ended up looking like some kind of Dark Matter looking creature. yeah, I like drawing cyclops. -Trident: Idk, he just reminded me of a Burning Leo. So I made him one. I guess the explanation as to why Kirby cannot get a copy ability after inhaling him would be because of his cybernetic adjustements, since Trident mostly relies on them to use his fire abilities? Blade: I kinda based myself on a mix between his og design from KA and that one sprite where we see his single little eye:

Sword: Yk how most knight stories have at least some dragon related plot in them? well I wanted Sword to be not just some knight, BUT A DRAGON KNIGHT Idk, I just wanted him to be some british dragon knight because it just make sense in my head. also pretty funny if you think about it. At least it sounded funny in my head.

Alright. CONTEXT HERE: I’ve been and still am a fnaf kid.

Now, I’ve missed fnaf, so let me ramble: THE MOVIE WAS A YES, BUT WHY IS NO ONE TALKING ABOUT THE AMAZING FANGAMES THAT ARE SOON TO BE RELEASED? Been waiting for them since 2020 and I still am THRILLED. Anyway-

We pretty much knew Kirby and the Forgotten Land wasn't going to be properly post-apocalyptic, because while Kirby does routinely fight elder gods, they never actually get to succeed in eradicating all life, but I feel like Nintendo's workaround of "everything is deserted because a high-tech human civilisation captured an alien god, tortured its secrets from it, achieved some sort of post-human singularity and ascended en masse to a higher plane of existence, abandoning their uplifted animal servants to inherit the empty world they left behind" is kind of more fucked up than if everything had just gotten blown up.
