I just thought this (BTW not fully Developed yet as an idea)

If someone had teleportation powers since birth would they develop a separate organ just for that . And would it admit radiation

(Tw :for throwing up , and over somewhat gory stuff and blood in general)

also I always think of it as a bloodlike substance like waste like from the organ as a side effect and they would have chronic pain from as a child but those side effects go away as they get older and get used to their body but turn into only when they overuse which cause the body to possibility go into shock and put strain on all the organs and maybe expel it out the body (ik disgusting but I also have this thing where the organ basically use the waste from the digestive system and use for energy for teleportation and also make into radioactive goop inside the organ (I haven't gone too far with this idea yet but I just think it would glow) so it would go out the mouth like the blood like substance and but more severe than childhood due to the overusing their powers

And would be more irritable due to the chronic pain and stress on their bodies systems and mostly there brain being stressed out to it but think of it, you have to break down your body to molecular level and essentially just more it to place at almost the speed of sound or light and that alone would be stressful because you can't really be stupid with and have to know where you want to go and hopefully not die

Also I do clump time travel into this because it just like teleportation and is basically teleportation but for transporting yourself to a different time period

But this isn't fully done and I might change but here's and idea
